We check the basics
Our check looks at the three things most car accident claims come down to: an injury, someone else at fault and insurance that may cover it. We don't decide whether you have a case. That's for an attorney. If your answers show we can't help, we'll tell you right away and suggest a next step.

One local attorney's office calls you
If your answers fit, we send your request to one participating attorney near you, based on your location and the type of claim you describe. Their office calls you to hear what happened. It may be a number you don't recognize, so please pick up.

You decide
The call is free and you don't have to go ahead. If you decide to work with the attorney, you sign an agreement with them directly. Participating attorneys work on contingency. No upfront attorney's fees, and they're only paid if you recover.
