About ClaimFinch

Are you a law firm?

No. We're a marketing service that connects people with participating attorneys. We don't give legal advice, and we're not a lawyer referral service.

Is this free?

Yes. Checking your claim costs nothing, and you're under no obligation to work with the attorney whose office calls.

How do you make money?

Participating attorneys pay us a fee to advertise on this site. It doesn't come out of any money you recover. How we're paid

Which states do you cover?

We currently connect people in Arizona and Georgia.

The claim check

How long does it take?

About 60 seconds.

What happens after I send my details?

If your answers fit, a local injury attorney's office will call you soon to hear what happened. It may come from a number you don't recognize, so please pick up.

Will lots of lawyers call me?

No. We send your request to one participating attorney only.

What if I already have a lawyer?

Then your attorney is the right person to talk to. We can't send your request to another attorney.

What if I was partly at fault?

You may still have a claim. In Arizona you can usually recover even if you share some of the blame. In Georgia you can if you were less than 50% at fault. Your amount is reduced by your share in both states.

How do I stop calls or texts?

Reply STOP to any text, or email us at hello@claimfinch.com.

Attorneys and fees

How do injury attorneys get paid?

Do I have to hire the attorney who calls?

No. You can ask questions, hear your options and decide later, or not at all.
